Authority To Act

The specific terms of our engagement are as follows:-

(1) You authorise us to negotiate, serve any necessary notices and hold discussions with the Electricity Company as necessary for the purposes of concluding the wayleave of this property.

(2) Our engagement is strictly subject to our terms and conditions. You are advised to read them before applying online.

(4) I would like to proceed with a wayleave.

(5) PCC Ltd shall be entitled to receive and retain any surveyors fee if payable by the Electricity Company for the preparation of plans and information relating to the grant of wayleave.
